Reinforcing Mesh Standard – ES49 is for use with all EnergyShield Systems that use insulation boards and for use over insulation
shapes on all EnergyShield Systems.

Reinforcing Mesh Standard – ES49 are balanced, open-weave glass, fiber reinforcing mesh, twisted multi-end strands treated for compatibility with Ultra Dry Base Coat. A variety of Reinforcing Mesh types are available to meet the different requirements of impact resistance at specific wall locations.
A single layer application of Standard Mesh provided reinforcement for wall system areas not expected to receive abnormal abuse or traffic.
